Cannabis OK for kids, say 1 in 5 Australian parents

A study in Australia says almost one in five parents think it's acceptable for their children to try cannabis.

Seventeen per cent of parents asked about their kids and drugs agreed with the statement: "Experimentation with marijuana is OK".

The research also found 40% of teenagers have been offered the drug.

Twenty per cent of teenagers were also prepared to accept the offer of a joint or a bong from friends.
