Dear Friends,

I'm out on $7,000 bail. It is great to be with my family and friends who filled the courtroom on my behalf yesterday, something the judge referred to as a factor in her decision to release me.

We are confident of a good outcome, since my attorneys have advised me each step of the way, since we first set foot in Canada, taking all the proper legal actions to comply with Canadian law.

More later when I have recovered a bit.
