Ask Ed's Marijuana Law:
Don't Get Busted

by Ed Rosenthal, William Logan
Don't become another statistic in the Federal Government's War on Drugs. This book sorts out the legal issues and helps even the most casual users protect their rights. In depth discussions on drug testing are featured, including how the tests work and how to prepare for them. Also, learn what the police look for in a search, when those searches are permissible, and how to avoid being unfairly incriminated.

This book is a combination of legal information supplemented with insider tips from Ed Rosenthal's popular "Ask Ed" column. As Rosenthal advises - 'read the book BEFORE you encounter difficulties - then lend it to a friend.'

William Logan is a defense attorney specializing in drug cases. His work has raised many medical, religious, and constitutional challenges to marijuana laws. Ed Rosenthal has studied the cannabis plant and contributed to its literature for over 25 years. Rosenthal's 'Ask Ed' column has been sharing marijuana advice for over fifteen years.

CANNABIS CUP #12 VIDEO

Keeping with the tradition of "celebrating the counterculture," the 12th Cannabis Cup was dedicated to Jack Kerouac, Neal Cassady, Allen Ginsberg and William Burroughs. All four figures were inducted into the Counterculture Hall of Fame during the event.

These inductions were presided over by Carolyn Cassady, who was the great love of both Jack and Neal. She eventually married Neal, and they had a son, John Allen Cassady, who also attended the event.

Carolyn and John were assisted by Robert Anton Wilson, Paul Krassner and Brian Hassett. Many revealing stories were told about the founders of the "Beat Generation." Also revealed was their great love for cannabis, the sacrament of the counterculture.

This video also contains the highlights of the official awards ceremony, featuring Callum Francis and the Cannabis Cup Band. $19.95

Cannabis Rising Video: Highlands of Holland

Tour the Highlands of Holland with Ed Rosenthal

In Amsterdam's famed hash coffeeshops you can order coffee, tea, or...marijuana! Are the Dutch too permissive, or have they found a peaceful, practical alternative to the war on drugs?

CANNABIS RISING is an insider's look at the rapidly growing, quasi-legal cannabis industry in the Netherlands and the issues swirling around it. Backed by a dynamic musical sound track, we follow Ed Rosenthal, a modern Johnny Appleseed of pot, as he takes the High Road to Holland, where you can buy marijuana in over one thousand hashcoffeeshops. You can roll a joint or fill a pipe, sit out in the open air, and get high. Or you can take your purchase home and enjoy it there. And NOT get busted!

The tour ranges from the greenhouses of Sensi Seed's Cannabis Castle; to Positronics, where you can get everything you need to grow your own marijuana; to lush fields where large-scale hemp production is being subsidized by the European Economic Union; to the hash coffeeshops and hemp boutiques that dot Amsterdam.

While maintaining a light hearted approach to a very serious subject, CANNABIS RISING explores the debate raging over medical marijuana; the effects of prohibition and America's failed War on Drugs; and the results of decriminalization on Dutch society. This innovative approach to drugs is discussed by sociologists and experts, marijuana tycoons, drug refugees from the US and elsewhere, and other observers and participants in the Dutch experiment.

Seeing this movie is almost as good as being there!

Cannabis Spirituality
Written by one of the most successful countercultural leaders in America, Cannabis Spirituality contains 30 years of herbal wisdom condensed into seven concise and accessible chapters.
Searching for enlightenment, turning on, avoiding abuse, and talking to your children about cannabis are among the essential elements covered.   Stephen Gaskin was an instructor in creative writing at San Francisco State College when he began the Monday Night Class in 1967, a weekly discussion of politics, love and religion. After the class attracted over 1,500 people, Gaskin created the world's largest mobile hippie community and went on the road in a caravan of 50 school buses and 400 people in 1970. The caravan landed in Tennessee, where they created The Farm, the most successful countercultural community in America. Gaskin later founded Plenty International, a private peace corps that built low-budget housing and provided survival skills to Third World communities on four continents. Gaskin served a 1-3 year sentence for cannabis cultivation in 1974. He was the second person in the United States to take a case to the Supreme Court for religious use of cannabis. He is the author of ten previous books, including Monday Night Class, Mind At Play, and Haight Ashbury Flashbacks. He is currently working on an alternative health-care center and retirement-home center called Rocinante.

Emperor of Hemp Video
The Jack Herer Story
RICHARD COWAN, MarijuanaNews.com: 'Frankly, when you spend your days as I do, reading and writing about marijuana prohibition, watching a film on the subject did not sound like a lot of fun. Yes, the film is written and produced by my friend Jeff Meyers, and it is about my friend Jack Herer, but give me a break! Well, I was wrong. EMPEROR OF HEMP is not only fun, it's entertaining, informative and often powerful. It keeps a lively pace and uses pop music by the likes of Bonnie Raitt, Joe Walsh and Cheap Trick to set the mood. It is narrated by Peter Coyote, who has one of the best voices in the business. And it has a story as weird as only the truth could be. I actually enjoyed it more the second time I watched it.

Meyers is a former L. A Times reporter and occasional contributor to Marijuananews. Anita Roddick of the Body Shop financed the film. The result -- as expected -- is a journalistically credible film and a real treat. As they say in Hollywood, it's a must-see for those in the movement, although I think it will definitely appeal to a mainstream audience. As such it should be used as tool by the movement, because, if this film is eventually seen by millions of people, or just the right people, it could hit hemp and marijuana prohibition like a bombshell.'

The Emperor Wears No Clothes

Herer thoroughly documents the petrochemical industry's plot to outlaw this renewable source of paperback, energy, food, textiles, and medicine.
The purpose of this book is to revive the authoritative historical, social and economic perspective needed to ensure comprehensive legal reforms, abolish cannabis hemp/ marijuana prohibition laws and save the earth's life systems. (NEW 1998 EDITION)

Ganja Tales
by Craig Pugh
420reviews.com: "Ganja Tales is pure enjoyment . . . The ultimate in stoner wisdom . . . These stories are great."
Finally, someone has written short-story fiction about the millions of Americans for whom marijuana plays a part in their lives, whether large or small.
These stories are easy to read and capture the imagination, the characters reminding readers of similar people in their own lives: brothers, sisters; boyfriends, girlfriends; aunts, uncles, friends and so on. Even your dog.
A reader: "My favorite story is "Torched." It explores the craft of glass blowing, and we see Pugh's technical knowledge. He describes how the glass is positioned, worked with, and the need to keep the piece moving. "It's in the flame, and it's glowing like an aura or a rainbow, and the colors are shifting and changing, shimmering and twirling." The reader not only sees the process, but also feels the movement through the sentence structure. All this technical information is slipped in while we enjoy a story about a guy blinded to the outside world by his flame. Such layers of meaning exist in all of Pugh's stories. Ganja Tales is an entertaining escape that offers much more on closer inspection. I was pleasantly surprised, and highly recommend this book for any reader. It's not solely a marijuana book - it's about universal human experiences. In any story, you can replace marijuana with your drug of choice: cigarettes, money, power. The writing holds. Artistic sketches punctuate these sketches of life, too. Ganja Tales will please your simplest desires and satisfy your more discriminating tastes."

Get Stoned and Read This Book
Written by the creative partnership known as Gordon G. Gourd, GET STONED is the culmination of five+ years of binging. Shot by Mr. Clancy, penned by Mr. Winter, GET STONED has been a labor of love. The book is self-published by Gordon G. Gourd, Inc. because established publishers felt the book was 'too esoteric'.

It's a pot book. It's supposed to be esoteric.

Printed through Acid Test Productions in California (publisher of many pieces on the Grateful Dead), the book itself is oversized, 10"x10", 72pp, with both full color and black and white imagery, printed on high-end glossy paper. The production quality is top-notch. The book itself is a series of loosely related full page spreads, each with a different image and idea, all created for the stoner by the stoner. It's some pretty whacked stuff.

A reader: 'If the title doesn't grab you, then obviously you're not stoned enough because this volume is tailored to the higher state of mind. It's a compilation of photography, graphic design and stoner-speak that diddles the pot-saturated brain with random images that are somehow familiar to all of us. A pot smoker on a park bench lights up surreptitiously. A dog offers his full spectrum of facial expressions. There are loads of pot shots and textured close-ups of paraphernalia. There's poetry, too-the obscure doggerel that will make every pothead ponder the elusiveness of reality. Every page is different. Just like every high! Our sage advice: Get stoned and read Get Stoned and Read This Book.'

Grandpa's Marijuana Handbook (the movie)
Marijuana is ideal for senior citizens since they don't fly airliners or operate heavy equipment. Most are retired and have the free time to sit around pleasantly stoned of an afternoon. Nobody subjects them to random drug tests and fires 'em for being stoned. What's more, marijuana is known to be good medicine and you hardly ever find a senior citizen who doesn't have some sort of health problem. Pot can cure almost everything except actual death. Even if you do have some ailment pot can't cure, it'll make you forget you have it. Arthritis pain in your knees? Smoke some high-octane marijuana and you won't even know you have knees.

A thirty-year pot smoker, Grandpa knows the truth about marijuana. Watch this video and you'll know it, too. You'll learn why pot is good for you, how to get the stuff, how to roll Zen-like joints, how to outwit the cops, and a heck of a lot more! Smoke pot and...Stabilize your social life, Increase your libido, Improve your health, Raise your IQ

A viewer: 'This video is downright hilarious, and it offers a small insight into the world of a pothead as well! Grandpa offers a great conterbalance to DARE's anti-intoxicant brainwashing. It is a must-have for any pothead, any person who likes to laugh at them, and any person seeking an opinion from the 'pro-drug' side of the war on drugs.'

The Great Book of Hemp
The Complete Guide to the Commercial, Medicinal and Psychotropic Uses of the World's Most Extraordinary Plant
by Rowan Robinson & Robert A. Nelson

Cannabis sativa has been called the world's most versatile plant. Materials made from hemp fiber have been discovered in tombs dating back to before 7000 BC. During the Middle Ages hemp was used to treat fevers, insomnia, and malaria.
Columbus's ships had sails of hemp, and during colonial times it was universally grown because its strong fibers made superior ropes, sails, hardcover, and paperback. In fact, hemp was used for money in most of the Americas from 1631 until the early 1800s, and the original drafts of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution were written on hemp paperback. As a food, the oil from hemp seeds has the highest percentage of essential fatty acids and the lowest percentage of saturated fats. This illustrated, easy-to-read guide covers all aspects of hemp:
The history of its cultivation worldwide; Its role as a source of renewable energy and as an alternative for paperback manufacturing and fossil fuels; Its versatility as a fiber; Its many nutritional and medicinal uses; Examines the physiological and psychological effects of marijuana use in recreation and therapy.  A comprehensive resource section includes information on organizations involved in legalizing hemp, product suppliers, and an annotated bibliography.
"The Great Book of Hemp brings together a vast amount of information on all aspects of this remarkable plant in an illustrated, entertaining, easily accessible format. Readers will learn the history of hemp cultivation worldwide and its role as a source of renewable energy and as a raw material for paperback manufacturing. Lost in the political discussions about marijuana usage is hemp's versatility as a fiber and its many nutritional and medicinal uses. The Great Book of Hemp provides a comprehensive resource section with information on organizations involved in legalizing hemp, product suppliers, and an annotated bibliography."

Hemp Horizons
The Comeback of the World's Most Promising Plant
by John W. Roulac

What happened to hemp? Within these pages, John Roulac thoroughly examines this question as society looks to solutions for the toxic hangover from the last half-century's fossil fuel binge. The question has never been more relevant. Worldwide demand for hemp products is mushrooming, spawning a new breed of entrepreneurs who are discovering a vital marketplace. Twenty-three of these entrepreneurs are profiled here. This volume makes use of history, business and agricultural analysis and common sense in making its case. 90 illustrations.

A reader: 'This book is an eye opener for those who appreciate the potential for every thing old to be new again. It outlines a compelling case for re-examining the value of hemp as an agricultural renewable resource. The book's tone is very "straight" and specifically eschews the mixing advocacy of herb and fiber. Along with a thorough overview history of hemp use, cultivation, and current purposes, the book offers a product directory, strong bibliography, and access to its web site.'

by Robert Bunch
This book is unlike other "grow" books, in that the emphasis is
on how to keep your garden hidden. This book reveals the "High in the Sky" system, which the author has found to be foolproof!

The single best way to foil drug-sniffing dogs! Rules for smuggling dope -- and getting away with it! How to prevent both light and heat from escaping from an indoor grow room! How to cheaply obtain all the equipment you will need to start growing -- without arousing suspicion! Eye-popping full-color photographs of bud and shrooms grown using the methods detailed in this book! And much, much more!  The author says, "People are going to grow and smoke dope, that is all there is to it. I am just providing an easier way to grow that also has the benefit of being risk-free. Let Freedom Ring Video

Gasp as Ed Rosenthal wrestles an antidrug crusader to the ground! Thrill as Willie Nelson and Gatewood Galbraith try to win the Kentucky governor's race! Catch the buzz of the early days of the hemp movement as a bunch of psychedelic pirates attempt to party hearty and relegalize hemp at the same time! If you ever wondered what it's like behind the scenes at HIGH TIMES magazine, this video is for you. 'First up was Chef RA. . . 'We're here to start off the 'Herb Tour' of '89! We're goin' across the heartland and we're gonna reach out to people all over this country and say, 'Herb is for healing! Herb is for peace!'

'Ask Ed' Rosenthal, the guru of ganja, spoke in a very emotional tone: 'It's cheaper for a ghetto kid to buy a vial of crack than it is to buy a joint. This is what Reagan and Bush's War on Drugs has done.' (from 'Hash Bash '89' by Buford Bosko, HIGH TIMES 169, July 1989, which describes the rally that helped kick off the Hemp Movement). 60 minutes, $12.95

Making Beautiful Hemp & Bead Jewelry
How to Hand-Tie Necklaces, Bracelets, Earrings, Keyrings, Watches & Eyeglass Holders With Hemp
by Mickey Baskett

All in color! Natural, versatile, attractive, and easy-to-work, hemp has become the fiber of choice for people interested in casual chic.

With some inexpensive articles, and the ability to knot, tie, braid, and weave, you can produce beautiful jewelry to complement any outfit. The retro chic of the 1970s has once again made macramé hemp jewelry popular. But far from looking dated, the designs in this book offer a fresh take on a traditional craft, giving new life to an old fiber art with a few dozen easy projects. With simple knotting, braiding, and cord-weaving techniques; several yards of hemp cord; and some interesting beads, you can create necklaces, bracelets, earrings, eyeglass chains, and other accessories. Straightforward directions, helpful diagrams, and color photos of all the finished pieces offer such choices as the Ocean Waves Choker, Millefiori Twist Necklace, Touch of Nature Anklet, Cat Toy Watch Holder (a wonderfully dangly necklace that sports a watch for a pendant), African Amulet, or Carnival Ride key ring. The items also make nice gifts, especially for retro-captivated but hard-to-shop-for teenagers.

'This book is excellent. It is all I needed to start making hemp necklaces. The first chapter tells you all the supplies you need as well as a little history about hemp. The next chapter talks about all the different knots (such as the square knot, half knot, wrap knot, chinese crown and berry knot - to name a couple) used in making hemp necklaces complete with black and white, easy to understand illustrations on making these knots. The remainder of the book contains over 30 different projects in color ranging from chokers, bracelets, anklets, earrings, keyrings and even an amulet bag. Overall a great book to own.'

Marihuana Reconsidered
The most thorough evaluation of the benefits & dangers of cannabis

Lester Grinspoon,MD, editor
A reader: 'Dr. Grinspoon examines - and thoroughly debunks - many of the common misconceptions about marijuana. The Chemistry and Pharmacology chapter is rather heavy going, but it can be ignored with little loss by non-pharmacologists. I thoght the book was quite well done and useful in understanding the role, past and present, of marijuana in society.'

A reader: 'The most extraordinary and wonderful thing about this book is that the essay by Mr. X has been positively attributed to the luminant Carl Sagan by Grinspoon himself. Sagan discusses his experiences with mj, and provides persuasive and convincing accounts of his experiences. Fantastic.'

Marihuana the Burning Bush of Moses
Mysticism and Cannabis Experience

by Robert Thorne

The first book ever to explain a tested method to achieve the mystical experience of Inner Light with the CORRECT use of cannabis.

Marihuana the Burning Bush of Moses, Mysticism and Cannabis Experience explores the relationship between hallucinogenic (and other drug) substances and the founding of religion in the ancient world. It is concerned specifically with mysticism and the mystical experience upon which religions are built. If one is to understand religion at all one must have a better understanding of the original mystical experiences of it's founders. The Bible like other holy books from the ancient world contain secret knowledge below the 'plot of the narrative' or surface level of the stories related. This book reveals these hidden secrets like no other has ever done before.

Its been right in front of us all along. There are a whole range of experiences available with cannabis that were unavailable to those not initiated into the higher grades of the ancient mystery religions. It was only there you would be taught the secret psychedelic ingredient in the Elixir of Immortality, which plant became the mind manifesting Eucharist, and which herbs were included in the holy incense. Most importantly, you would learn the correct way they must be used in order to produce the awesome experience of Inner Light spoken of by the ancient prophets. The Mystery Religions were only following an even older way of the Shaman. All the grand motifs of the world's oldest religions such as: death and resurrection, pilgrimage to a holy place, Eucharist sacrifice, baptism, rebirth, Inner Light and many others are related to aspects of hallucinogenic experience (cannabis included).

Marijuana Conviction
A History of Marijuana Prohibition in the United States

by Richard J. Bonnie (Preface), Charles H. Whitebread, Dana L. Farnsworth

A reader: 'This is the most comprehensive look at marijuana and drug prohibition available! It was written by members of Nixons very own committee delegated to the task of researching marijuana, it's history, effects, and whether the drug policy at the time was a sensible one. They found that it was not, and suggested a serious rethinking of marijuana laws. However, instead of listening to his own research committee Nixon decided to start the now infamous war on drugs! Though this book only follows prohibition up to the early 70s, as that's when it was published, it contains the essential history of marijuana prohibition which most people are not familiar with. It discusses the general atmosphere of prohibition that hovered over the early 20th century, and how that affected marijuanas legal status. It also discusses the mutation by law makers of the word 'narcotic,' the inconsistent stances of Drug Czar Anslinger, and the horribly racist tactics used to criminalize marijuana (As well as the horribly racist reasons!)! This book is a must read for EveryOne!

Marijuana Rx
The Patients' Fight for Medical Pot

by Alice M. O'Leary and Robert C. Randall
Randall was 24 when told that he'd be blinded by severe glaucoma before he turned 30.
Four years later, he became the first American to gain access to marijuana for medical purposes; two decades later, he found the drug would also support his fight against AIDS.  He and his co-author O'Leary's saga began in 1973 when Randall discovered, while smoking marijuana just for fun, that the glaucoma-related tri-colored rings obscuring his vision had disappeared. A search of the medical literature revealed the suggestion that marijuana could indeed return dangerously high intraocular pressures (caused by glaucoma) to normal levels, thereby relieving visual disturbances. Randall duly made the rounds of agencies and organizations, looking for lawyers and doctors to take on the government drug regulators.   In the process, he became a key player in the fight for medical marijuana.

Muscle Spasm, Pain & Marijuana Therapy
Testimony from Federal and State Court Proceedings on Marijuana's Medical Use

by R.C. Randall (Editor)
Testimony and affidavits of patients and doctors from hearings before the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and state courts. Personalized accounts of medical marijuana use provide an excellent source of information on this controversial topic.

The Journal of Myofascial Therapy, October 1994: 'In the United States, the issue of the legalization of marijuana is emotionally loaded for many people. Some get upset even at the recommendation that marijuana be legalized for medicinal use. Different factions could argue the question ad infinitum. But as a physician who practiced at one time in a country where authorities tolerantly looked the other way when marijuana was used medicinally, I must take the side of those favoring legalization for treatment of chronic pain, muscle spasms and some other conditions. ... I believe that education is one way to overcome the societal forces that continue to deprive those whose pain and suffering would yield to marijuana. For this reason, I'm grateful to R.C. Randall and Galen Press.'

Also included are a brief summary of historical references to the medicinal use of cannabis, and the recently released Institute of Medicine study supporting the rescheduling of marijuana for medicinal use.

A reader: 'WOW! Thanks Martin Martinez for having the courage to come forward with this life saving information. I am a patient who uses marijuana to treat my debilitating migraine headaches. Im so glad to see a book written for the patient population that adequately explains how to heal with marijuana. Finally, we have a book written by a patient for the patients! Lets get this life saving information out there so that other patients lives can be saved by having the tools and information to heal with medical marijuana. Thanks again Martin. You definitely are an ANGEL from heaven.'

A reader: 'As informative but more user friendly than it's counterpart the 'Marijuana Medical Handbook' (Ed Rosenthal, Dale Gieringer, Tod Mikuriya, M.D.), Martinez' work does not limit itself to professing only the positive aspects of the illicit weed. In addition to extolling the virtues of marijuana's effect on illnesses from cancer, multiple sclerosis and even anorexia, there are chapters exploring anxiety attacks, delerium and dependence.

This is a well written, plain english layman's guide to medical cannabis in an easy to read format. Complete with appendices, extensive notes, and bibliography, The New Perscription is a thoughtful, serious work dedicated to informing the inquisitive reader from an unbiased yet accurate perspective. This promises to be a must have for activists, patients and medical professionals.'

Offbeat Marijuana
The Life and Times of the World's Grooviest Plant

by Saul Rubin, Bill Bridges (Photographer)

Robert Scheer, Los Angeles Times: 'Let me offer praise for Offbeat Marijuana. Finally, a book on the decriminalizing side of the marijuana debate that doesn't take itself too seriously--sort of a giggling high.'

From Booklist: 'Rubin's entertaining and provocative cultural history of pot recounts Robert Mitchum's famous 1948 reefer contretemps, significantly notes medical marijuana advocate Robert Randall (coauthor of Marijuana Rx ), and includes an earnest essay exploring industrial and other nonrecreational uses of the evil weed. A special place in the text, rather like one in Hades, is reserved for Harry J. Anslinger, 'the government official most responsible for creating anti-marijuana hysteria in America.''

A reader: 'This book has just about everything you'd ever want to know about marijuana, and it's written in a "head-friendly" prose style that makes it an excellent diversion whilst indulging. The graphics, many quite lurid, harken back to a simpler (read: stupider) time that is thankfully past. Congratulations to Santa Monica Press for having the balls to print this outstanding tome!'

Original Unofficial Joint Smoking Rules
by Simon Worman

Whereas most 'pot books' concentrate on the social, legal, or medical issues surrounding marijuana use, this is simply a hilarious look at 75 pot-smoking rules of etiquette. Anyone who has ever smoked marijuana will relate to something in this book, and smoking neophytes will learn which faux pas they must avoid at all costs. The rules cover virtually every aspect of burning a blunt, from Rule #7: “If you want to smoke a joint, you should be able to roll one” to Rule #20: “If you’re in the middle and you have to keep passing the joint back and forth, you are allowed to double toke the joint.” Primarily a book of pot humor, this guide makes a subtle political statement for the legalization of marijuana and for the decriminalization of hemp manufacturing.

Simon Worman is a hemp activist and marijuana aficionado who has been dubbed the “Emily Post of Pot” by High Times magazine. He lives in Lawrence, Kansas.

A reader: 'This book was a trip into the cool world of cannabis heaven. Stories of people, just like us, who happen to have neat adventures while they are high. And it is not what you think. by Alan W. Bock

'This is from the author, so take the stars with a grain of salt. The main story the book tells is of California's halting and inconsistent efforts to implement Prop. 215, the 1996 initiative that allows patients with a recommendation from a licensed physician to possess, use and cultivate cannabis or marijuana.

Some local jurisdictions moved quickly to set up patient registration systems in cooperation with local medical marijuana activists, while other local DAs opposed the initiative so strongly that they brought prosecutions designed to show it couldn't possibly work. As an editorial writer and columnist for the Orange County Register for 20 years I followed the controversy from the inception, attending several trials and interviewing most of the principals, from two California Attorneys General to patients all over the state. Eventually I had too much information for newspaper articles so I wrote the book. It also includes chapters on the socio-political forces that led to the passage of 215, on the scientific evidence for therapeutic uses of cannabis, on the history of the medical marijuana movement from the 1970s, on initiatives in other states and disputes among activists, and on why opposition is so fierce. A chapter analyzes the federal scheduling system for controlled substances, another sets up the U.S. Supreme Court medical marijuana case (I attended the oral arguments March 28), and another features pioneers on the frontiers of medicinal marijuana.

Among those kind enough to provide endorsements for the book are John Stossel, Milton Friedman, former San Jose police chief Joe McNamara, Chapman University president James Doti, Dr. Tod Mikuriya of Berkeley, Cato Institute vice president David Boaz, etc.'

Why Marijuana Should Be Legal Why Marijuana Should Be Legal
by Ed Rosenthal & Steve Kubby
Marijuana hit mainstream America 30 years ago and has been accepted by a large segment of society ever since. Despite government efforts to isolate and eliminate its use, it is more popular now than ever. This book analyzes the effects of marijuana and the marijuana laws on society, briefly but thoroughly. It presents clear, documented evidence for all of its conclusions. "The best book I've read on the marijuana issue. A must for every concerned American."
