Tri-State Drug Policy Forum

events for Oct. 29, Oct. 30

This Journey for Justice springs from the extreme need and aspirations of thousands of drug war prisoners and their loved ones victimized by unjust drug and sentencing laws. We journey for justice to fortify resolve, awaken the dignity of ordinary people assaulted daily by a drug war that isn't a war on drugs - but a war on people.

Journey for Justice events will include meetings in urban areas, small towns; forums, radio and TV shows, demonstrations, 'camp meetings' near federal prisons, and more. Organizers have been coached to be creative. The journey will allow November Coalition members, reform activists and the general public to meet Nora Callahan and Chuck Armsbury of November Coalition, Kevin Zeese of Common Sense for Drug Policy, and others. More importantly than that, people in the same geographical regions will meet each other.

Hope to see you all there!

Diane
